On all international orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.

We do offer exchanges within the us, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received friday-sunday will ship out the next business day. If a store credit is requested, a gift card will be issued to you via email. your gift card is easily applied during checkout of your next order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
