All orders that are in-stock will be shipped within 1-2 business days from one of our three warehouses which are located in the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. Our warehouses are closed on weekends and during national holidays. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee exact shipping and delivery times. Orders to a US shipping address come with free standard shipping. Our handling time is generally 1-2 business day for all shipments, unless the item is on pre-order. Orders received after 10 AM Mountain Time or during the weekend are not processed until the next business day.
Our standard shipping carrier is USPS and we provide expedited shipping options for an additional fee. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

A majority of orders shipping to Canada will be fulfilled from our Canadian warehouse with customs, taxes, and duties already included in the shipping fee.
If we need to ship your order from our U.S. warehouse due to unforeseen circumstances, the shipping fee will cover the international shipping cost of the order only. It will be the customer's responsibility to pay the import, customs duties, and fees that are incurred as a result of this international shipment.
Aside from shipping cost, we charge a 20% VAT (Value Added Tax) on all orders shipped to the European Union.
Why does Power Practical charge VAT?
One of our warehouse locations is in the United Kingdom. A majority of orders made on Powerpractical.com with a shipping address in the European Union is shipped from this U.K. warehouse. E.U. law requires us to charge VAT (Value Added Tax) on orders that are shipped anywhere in the E.U.
On all international orders, aside from the shipping cost, it is the customer's responsibility to pay the import, customs duties, and fees that are incurred as a result of the shipment.
Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged items due to any parcel service fault.
Our Return policy allows you to return your order hassle-free within 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and free from dirt, dust or damage and in the same package and condition that you received it. If your return passes our inspection, you may receive an exchange, store credit, or a refund. please include a note with your return stating your order number, the reason for the return, and please let us know what you would like in return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, then your refund, exchange or store credit will be processed. for refunds, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2-5 days. We do offer exchanges within the us, but we don't offer any exchanges for international orders, however you can receive a refund or store credit, so you can replace the order for the item you would like in exchange. Exchanges will typically ship the next business day after your return is processed. Returns received friday-sunday will ship out the next business day. If a store credit is requested, a gift card will be issued to you via email. your gift card is easily applied during checkout of your next order.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. next contact your bank. there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. if you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately there are no returns for items on clearance. All clearance items are final sale, no refunds, exchanges or credits of any kind. If clearance items are returned without authorization from our customer service, it will be returned to the customer immediately and customer will be notified. Restocking fees may apply to unauthorized returns.
