With pull-up assist resistance bands you will develop, train and maintain the muscles necessary to complete a pull-up without assistance. By using the strength of the resistance band, you will hit more muscle groups in your positive and negative muscle movement as you complete the workout. Pull-up assist bands are made with durable, strong rubber layers that will not break or deform under stress. A versatile training tool, they help learn and build muscle memory while doing pull-ups, chin-ups, ring dips and muscle-ups. They also allow you to perform a variety of exercises that will strengthen your core and tone your lower body. Maximize your training with 5 different resistance levels. As you make gains in your training routine, you'll want to add, subtract, and change resistance band levels. The thicker, stronger band will help you master the pull-up, but when using the bands for other exercises, such as curls and shoulder presses, lower resistance may be ideal as you build your strength. Blue 60-175 lbs resistance: 41 inches long, 2.5 inches wide. Green - Green 50-125 lbs resistance - 41 inches long, 1.75 inches wide. Purple: 35-85 lbs resistance, 41 inches long, 1.25 inches wide.
